which foods make you thrive?
which Foods undermine your health?
There’s a lot of conflicting information about what you should or should not eat.
Ditch the guesswork and learn how your diet is affecting you.
The body uses food as fuel, but not everybody responds well to the same type of fuel.
Instead of guessing, use your body’s data to discover how you respond to food, exercise, stress and sleep.
Understanding how your diet affects you can uncover solutions to nagging symptoms and help find the missing pieces in your health puzzle.
With a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) and individualized guidance from a nutrition professional, you can eliminate the guesswork!

You’ll feel pressure against your arm when you put the CGM on initially, but the device itself uses such a thin filament to measure your blood glucose levels that it won’t hurt going on and most people don’t feel feel the sensor once they’re wearing it. Yes, most people can read CGM data on an iPhone or Android. You’ll need to download the Theia Health and Libre apps. If you’re unable to download these apps, your phone is not compatible with the CGM and you’ll need to purchase a separate device to read your data.
